Art & Innovation Hub | Eazcor Joins Hands with Nanjing University to Launch the “ArtPulse” Professional Printer Tutorial Column
To enrich creators’ range of creative topics and bridge the technical gap between artistic ideas and physical printing, Eazcor has partnered with Nanjing University to launch the “ArtPulse” Professional Printer Tutorial Column, open to illustrators, fashion designers, cultural and creative creators, and printing enthusiasts for systematic, professional printing tutorials.
Creators rarely lack inspiration, yet many get stuck at the production stage. Carefully illustrated artwork often suffers from color shift after printing. It is tricky to get the DTF white ink ratio right, distinguish between different hot melt powders, adjust RIP parameters, or achieve consistent transfer results on various fabrics. There has long been a technical divide between conceptual creation and practical printing.
The newly launched “ArtPulse” column, jointly developed by Eazcor and Nanjing University, is built to fill this gap. Drawing on the academic expertise of the university’s art programs, combined with Eazcor’s years of hands-on experience in printing equipment and consumables including DTF powder, heat transfer ink and transfer materials, the series balances artistic aesthetics and industrial printing techniques. It avoids scattered, unreliable online tutorials and delivers systematic, replicable printing guidance tailored for art creation.
The column covers creators’ most in-demand topics:
- Full DTF white ink heat transfer workflow, including the differences between milky-white DTF powder and regular hot melt powder, white ink density matching, and heat press parameter comparison
- Color management, file standards and RIP software setup to fix color deviation for illustrations and hand-drawn art
- Printing solutions for different materials (cotton, polyester, blends, canvas), wash resistance tests and common pitfalls
